Innovation at the Intersection of Sports, Business, and Leadership

OUR 6TH SENSE

Where others see industry lines, we see connection points for opportunity. Our success is measured through our assist column. For 20+ years, we’ve been the behind-the-scenes force empowering grassroots giants to become national players, tech disruptors to secure enterprise partnerships, and helping leaders convert high-pressure moments into legacy-defining wins.

THE 6SC NIL PROGRAM:

Core Value Proposition

We transform the traditional but non-sustainable advancement model of raising NIL into win-win-win strategic alliances. By aligning corporate objectives with collegiate and grassroots athletic needs, we create measurable impact that fuels growth for all stakeholders – no fatigued donors, just energized partners.

The Challenge

Traditional donor models face critical limitations:
Donor fatigue threatens 95% of donor-funded programs, athletic departments, and collectives
Corporate sponsors struggle to quantify ROI in NIL partnerships
Athletes lack structured pathways to monetize influence beyond top-tier programs

Our Innovation

A B2B ecosystem that:

✓ Converts fragmented donations into scalable revenue streams
✓ Delivers compliance-focused NIL activations with enterprise-grade reporting
✓ Distributes funding equitably across Division I to Prep and Grassroots programs

He has scaled and advised companies primarily in the tech, sports, and real estate sectors including: Adidas, Hidden Hemlock, Hopetown Real Estate, KBG Real Estate, Orfiks/Circulate, Playeasy, ShotTracker, Young Strategic Ventures, and more.

In 2010, he co-founded Zero Gravity Basketball, the largest grassroots basketball company in the world, with more than 224 events annually in 16 states.

In his role at 3STEP Sports, he was a key member of a team that scaled the company from $8M to $300M+ in top-line revenue in the course of 5 years. He has overseen the event footprint expansion from 7 to 50 states.

Greg’s understanding of business development and fostering cross-industry relationships has been a cornerstone of enabling the partners he works with through 6SC.

She has served as a strategist, investor, and advisor to founders of early-stage start-ups in tech, finance, media, athletics, and within all areas of public service. She offers support in capital raising, culture building, go-to-market, executive coaching, brand-building and communications.

She serves as a mentor with TechStars NYC and Techstars Sports Accelerator powered by Indy. TechStars is one of the largest pre-seed investors in the world, investing in more than 3,300 early-stage companies with a collective market cap of over $96 billion.

In her work with NCAA athletic programs advising teams, coaches, and programs on alignment in mission, culture, communication, and connection, Breanna has worked within the Ivy League, Big 12, A10, and America East conferences, among others. She has presented to the McDonald’s All-American Committee and at the NCAA Women’s Final Four conference, among others.

Breanna served as an admissions committee member at both Dartmouth College’s Tuck School and Columbia Business School. More than 95% of her clients won admission to their first choice school (usually Harvard Business School).
